Why would I want to freeze this?
- In a bowl, mix together melted butter, salt and pepper.
- Add in wings and toss to coat.
- Preheat grill over medium high heat.
- Grill wings for 15 minutes, turning often.
- Combine honey, Sriracha and vinegar in a bowl and whisk until combined.
- Remove wings from grill and coat with sauce.
- Return to grill for 5 more minutes, basting with remaining sauce.
- Allow to cool.
- Divide wings among indicated number of freezer bags. Label and freeze.
