  2. In a gallon sized storage bag, combine beef, flour, salt, pepper and thyme. Shake until well coated.
  3. Add potatoes, onions, celery, carrots, apples, apple cider, vinegar and water into Instant Pot along with meat.
  4. Lock lid into place and seal steam nozzle.
  5. Cook on high pressure for 35 minutes.
  6. Naturally release pressure.
