Make It Now Cooking Directions
These directions are for cooking this recipe to serve immediately and NOT to freeze for later.
- **Due to the nature of pressure cooking there is always room for inconsistency. The times given here are based on 4 servings fresh. If you are using more servings you may need to increase your cooking time.**
- Place ribs and jalapenos in Instant Pot. Whisk together remaining ingredients and pour on top of ribs.
- Lock lid into place and seal steam nozzle.
- Cook on high pressure for 45 minutes.
- Let pressure release naturally for 5 minutes then release any remaining pressure.
- Transfer ribs and sauce to pan to broil for a few minutes.

Join the discussionI picked up the wrong kind of ribs so I reduced the time to 15 minutes based on a recipe using the meat I picked up (pork loin boneless country style ribs). I think I might should have browned them first as well. We’ll see how it goes!
Hope it turned out for you Allison. Keep us updated on your cooking adventure!
Hello, soy is not on the fodmap list, do toy have a recommendation on a replacement?
