- Mix together all ingredients except ribs.
- Rub spice mix onto ribs then wrap in plastic wrap.
- Allow ribs to marinate in the refrigerator for several hours or overnight.

- Add water to the Instant Pot then stack the ribs, bone side down.
- Lock lid into place and seal steam nozzle.
- Cook on high pressure for 30 minutes.
