  2. Using a kitchen mallet, pound chicken breasts until thin.
  3. Season both sides of chicken with salt and chili powder.
  4. Roll chicken and wrap in bacon. Secure with wooden toothpicks and cut each bundle in half.
  5. Place the trivet, water and chicken bundles in the Instant Pot.
  6. Cook on high pressure for 15 minutes.
  7. Natural release the pressure.
  8. Remove the chicken bundles to a plate and turn the Instant Pot to saute.
  9. Saute each chicken bundle on each side to crisp up the bacon.
