Prog. Pressure Cooker

These directions are for cooking this recipe to serve immediately and NOT to freeze for later.

  1. **Due to the nature of pressure cooking there is always room for inconsistency. The times given here are based on 6 servings fresh. If you are using more servings you may need to increase your cooking time.**
  2. In a large bowl, combine the ground beef with milk, eggs, bread crumbs, onion, salt, chipotle chili powder, garlic powder #1, and black pepper.
  3. Shape into 1 inch balls.
  4. Heat olive oil in Instant Pot on saute function until hot. Brown meatballs in batches. Remove to a plate once done.
  5. Add water to the Instant Pot and layer meatballs as evenly as possible.
  6. Lock lid into place and seal steam nozzle.
  7. Cook on high pressure for 6 minutes.
  8. In a bowl, whisk together ketchup, brown sugar, worcestershire, soy sauce, onion powder, and garlic powder #2.
  9. Naturally release pressure for 5 minutes then release any remaining pressure.
  10. Empty cooking liquid and pour sauce over the meatballs. Set on saute and cook until sauce is heated through.
