- 1 individual Egg
- 1 cup Bread Crumbs
- 1/2 cups dice Onion
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Chipotle Chili Powder
- 1/4 teaspoons Garlic Powder #1
- 1/4 teaspoons Black Pepper

- 3/4 cups Brown Sugar

- In a large bowl, combine the ground beef with milk, eggs, bread crumbs, onion, salt, chipotle chili powder, garlic powder #1, and black pepper.
- Shape into 1 inch balls.
- Heat olive oil in Instant Pot on saute function until hot. Brown meatballs in batches. Remove to a plate once done.
- Add water to the Instant Pot and layer meatballs as evenly as possible.
- Lock lid into place and seal steam nozzle.
- Cook on high pressure for 6 minutes.
- In a bowl, whisk together ketchup, brown sugar, worcestershire, soy sauce, onion powder, and garlic powder #2.
- Naturally release pressure for 5 minutes then release any remaining pressure.
- Empty cooking liquid and pour sauce over the meatballs. Set on saute and cook until sauce is heated through.
