Why would I want to freeze this?
- Rub the short ribs with the barbecue seasoning.
- Divide among the indicated number of round freezer containers.
- Divide the barbecue sauce among the indicated number of pint freezer bags.
- Place one pint bag inside each freezer container. Label and freeze.

- Thaw: Prep from frozen
- **Depending on your container size/shape and your serving size, you may need to adjust cooking times given as it is based on 4 servings frozen in indicated container.**
- Set the barbecue sauce in a bowl of water to allow it to thaw.
- Place the trivet and 1 cup of water in the bottom of the Instant Pot.
- Place the ribs on top of the trivet.
- Cook on high pressure for 28 minutes.
- Allow the pressure to release naturally.
- Place the ribs on a baking sheet and baste with the barbecue sauce.
- Place under the broiler for 3 minutes.
