Why would I want to freeze this?

  1. Rub the short ribs with the barbecue seasoning.
  2. Divide among the indicated number of round freezer containers.
  3. Divide the barbecue sauce among the indicated number of pint freezer bags.
  4. Place one pint bag inside each freezer container. Label and freeze.

  1. Thaw: Prep from frozen

  3. Set the barbecue sauce in a bowl of water to allow it to thaw.
  4. Place the trivet and 1 cup of water in the bottom of the Instant Pot.
  5. Place the ribs on top of the trivet.
  6. Cook on high pressure for 28 minutes.
  7. Allow the pressure to release naturally.
  8. Place the ribs on a baking sheet and baste with the barbecue sauce.
  9. Place under the broiler for 3 minutes.
