Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
- 1/3 cups mince Onion
- 1/2 cups grate Carrot
- 1/2 cups dice Celery
- 1 1/2 teaspoons mince Garlic, Cloves
- 1/2 cups Red Wine
- 1/8 cups cook and dice Bacon
- 1/2 cups Beef Bone Broth/Stock
- 14 ounces Crushed Tomatoes, Canned
- 3 tablespoons Tomato Paste
- 1/4 teaspoons Sea Salt
- 1/4 teaspoons Black Pepper
- 1 1/2 cups cook Ground Beef

Make It Now Cooking Directions
These directions are for cooking this recipe to serve immediately and NOT to freeze for later.
- **Due to the nature of pressure cooking there is always room for inconsistency. The times given here are based on 4 servings fresh. If you are using more servings you may need to increase your cooking time.**
- Set Instant Pot to saute and heat olive oil.
- Add in onion, carrots, celery and garlic. Cook until veggies begin to soften.
- Remove veggies to a bowl. Using red wine, deglaze Instant Pot. Scrape any bits off the bottom, then allow to cook for 15 minutes, until wine is reduced.
- Once wine has reduced, add veggies back to Instant Pot.
- Add bacon, beef broth, tomatoes, tomato paste, sea salt, black pepper and ground beef.
- Lock lid into place and seal steam nozzle.
- Cook on high pressure for 20 minutes.
- Let pressure release naturally for 5 minutes, then release any remaining pressure.
- Cook noodles according to package directions.
- Serve sauce over noodles and garnish with parmesan cheese.

- Divide veggies among indicated number of round freezer containers.
- Using red wine, deglaze Instant Pot. Scrape any bits off the bottom, then allow wine to cook for 15 minutes, until reduced.
- Once wine has reduced, pour into containers on top of veggies.
- Add bacon, beef broth, tomatoes, tomato paste, sea salt, black pepper and ground beef to containers.
- Label and freeze.
