    1. No, you do not put the container into the IP. You can only put oven safe glass or steel bowls/containers into the Instant Pot.

    1. yes. you can cut back on it a bit 1/4 cup total. it adds to the bbq flavor with the mustard and ketchup. i also add wooster sauce and a splash of liquid snoke.

    1. It will be a bit liquidy as the water added to cook and come to pressure will make that happen but it will thicken up a bit.
