  3. Saute meatballs and oil in batches until browned.
  4. Pour remaining ingredients into inner pot.
  5. Lock lid into place and seal steam nozzle.
  6. Cook on high pressure for 6 minutes.
  7. Natural release for 5 minutes then quick release any remaining pressure.
  8. Spoon into sub buns and sprinkle with cheese.
