Make It Now Cooking Directions
These directions are for cooking this recipe to serve immediately and NOT to freeze for later.
- **Due to the nature of pressure cooking there is always room for inconsistency. The times given here are based on 4 servings fresh. If you are using more servings you may need to increase your cooking time.**
- In a bowl, mix together everything except pork.
- Put ribs and the sauce into gallon bag, mixing the ribs around until they are coated with sauce.
- Put bag in the refrigerator to marinate for at least an hour up to overnight.
- Add water #1 to Instant Pot, then add ribs and pour sauce on top.
- Lock lid into place and seal steam nozzle.
- Cook on high pressure for 15 minutes.
- Naturally release pressure for 5 minutes then release any remaining pressure.
- Remove the ribs to a plate and change setting to saute.
- Whisk cornstarch and water #2 in a small bowl until well-combined.
- Stir into Instant Pot and let thicken.
- Add ribs and let sit for a few minutes.
- If you prefer crispy ribs, broil in the oven for a few minutes.
