  • 1 1/3 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 1/3 tablespoons Brown Sugar
  • 2/3 tablespoons Dijon Mustard

  • 1/3 tablespoons Black Pepper
  • 2/3 tablespoons Molasses
  • 1 pound Pork Ribs, Boneless

  1. **Due to the nature of pressure cooking there is always room for inconsistency. The times given here are based on 4 servings fresh. If you are using more servings you may need to increase your cooking time.**
  2. In a bowl, mix together everything except pork.
  3. Put ribs and the sauce into gallon bag, mixing the ribs around until they are coated with sauce.
  4. Put bag in the refrigerator to marinate for at least an hour up to overnight.
  5. Add water #1 to Instant Pot, then add ribs and pour sauce on top.
  6. Lock lid into place and seal steam nozzle.
  7. Cook on high pressure for 15 minutes.
  8. Naturally release pressure for 5 minutes then release any remaining pressure.
  9. Remove the ribs to a plate and change setting to saute.
  10. Whisk cornstarch and water #2 in a small bowl until well-combined.
  11. Stir into Instant Pot and let thicken.
  12. Add ribs and let sit for a few minutes.
  13. If you prefer crispy ribs, broil in the oven for a few minutes.
