  3. Add the pumpkin, sage, onion and apple cider vinegar.
  4. Lock the lid in place and seal the steam nozzle.
  5. Cook on high pressure for 45 minutes.
  6. Natural release for 5 minutes then quick release any remaining pressure.
  7. Add the apples and allspice.
  8. Lock the lid in place and seal the steam nozzle.
  9. Cook on high pressure for 5 minutes.
  10. Quick release the pressure.
  11. Change setting to saute to thicken, if desired.
