Why would I want to freeze this?
- Whisk together soy sauce, sherry, brown sugar, sesame oil, black pepper, fish sauce and cornstarch. Divide among indicated number of pint bags.
- Divide broth, onions and pork among indicated number of round freezer containers.
- Divide the remaining ingredients among the indicated number of gallon bags.
- Label all bags and containers. Freeze together.

- Thaw: Prep from frozen
- **Due to the nature of pressure cooking there is always room for inconsistency. The times given here are based on 4 servings fresh. If you are using more servings you may need to increase your cooking time.**
- Place smaller bags in a bowl of water to thaw a bit.
- Meanwhile, place meat mixture in Instant Pot. Lock lid into place and seal steam nozzle.
- Cook on high pressure for 4 minutes.
- Quick release pressure.
- Add the remaining ingredients and sauce to the pot. Set to saute.
- Let vegetables soften for a few minutes.
