Why would I want to freeze this?
- **Due to the nature of pressure cooking there is always room for inconsistency. The times given here are based on 8 servings fresh. If you are using more servings you may need to increase your cooking time.**
- Add pan drippings/ broth to Instant Pot.
- Set to saute and bring to a boil.
- Hit cancel, then hit saute again and adjust the heat to medium.
- Mix the cornstarch and cold water together in a bowl until no lumps remain.
- Whisk into the pot. Season with salt and pepper.
- Continue whisking and cooking over medium heat until it reaches desired thickness.
- Let cool.
- Divide among indicated number of bags. Seal, label and freeze.
