Why would I want to freeze this?
- **Due to the nature of pressure cooking there is always room for inconsistency. The times given here are based on 6 servings fresh. If you are using more servings you may need to increase your cooking time.**
- Add the penne, broth and water inside the Instant Pot.
- Lock the lid in place and seal the steam nozzle.
- Cook on high pressure for 4 minutes.
- Quick release the pressure.
- Drain the pasta and return to the pot.
- Add the Alfredo sauce, ham, cheeses, salt and pepper.
- Place the Instant Pot on saute and stir until the cheese is completely melted.
- Let cool.
- Divide among the indicated number of freezer bags. Label and freeze.
