These directions help you cook or reheat this meal AFTER it's been frozen for when you are ready to eat it.
- Thaw: Prep from frozen
- **Depending on your container size/shape and your serving size, you may need to adjust cooking times given as it is based on 4 servings frozen in indicated container.**
- Empty the frozen soup into the Instant Pot and add the water.
- Lock the lid in place and seal the steam nozzle.
- Cook on high for 9 minutes.
- Natural release the pressure for 3 minutes and then quick release the remaining pressure.
- Remove the bay leaf and stir. The carrots and potatoes should break down easily.
- Stir in the cabbage and let it soften for a few minutes.
- Top with cheese before serving.
