- Add ground beef and onions to inner pot. Using saute function, cook until beef is browned.
- Add beef broth, celery, tomatoes, carrots, sweet potatoes, salt and pepper.
- Lock lid into place and seal steam nozzle.
- Cook on high pressure for 10 minutes.
- Let pressure release naturally for 5 minutes then release any remaining pressure.
- Top with fresh parsley, serve and enjoy!
