  2. Add ground beef and onions to inner pot. Using saute function, cook until beef is browned.
  3. Add beef broth, celery, tomatoes, carrots, sweet potatoes, salt and pepper.
  4. Lock lid into place and seal steam nozzle.
  5. Cook on high pressure for 10 minutes.
  6. Let pressure release naturally for 5 minutes then release any remaining pressure.
  7. Top with fresh parsley, serve and enjoy!
