Why would I want to freeze this?
- Toss spare ribs with curry powder #1 and kosher salt #1.
- Divide among indicated number of freezer bags.
- Place onion and tomatoes in blender.
- Process until smooth.
- Add in garlic, curry powder #2, salt #2, lemon juice and cilantro.
- Divide sauce among indicated number of round containers. Label and freeze.

These directions help you cook or reheat this meal AFTER it's been frozen for when you are ready to eat it.
- Thaw: Prep from frozen
- **Depending on your container size/shape and your serving size, you may need to adjust cooking times given as it is based on 4 servings frozen in a 64 ounce container.**
- Add coconut oil to inner pot and saute.
- Add ribs to pan and brown on all sides. Remove from pan.
- Add sauce to pan and cook until mixture comes to a boil.
- Add ribs back in.
- Cover and lock lid.
- Set on high pressure for 20 minutes.
- Natural release for 5 minutes then quick release any remaining pressure.
