  1. Just asking for clarification that I can leave the chicken whole and do this. I don’t need to cut it into pieces, right?

  2. My chicken was frozen solid and closer to 5lbs. It took 60 minutes of pressure cooking to reach a safe temp, but it is VERY tasty!
