  1. Make slits with knife in roast and slide in garlic cloves.
  2. Sprinkle with salt.
  3. Divide pork roasts among indicated number of freezer bags.
  4. Label and freeze.

These directions help you cook or reheat this meal AFTER it's been frozen for when you are ready to eat it.

  1. Thaw: Prep from frozen
  2. **Depending on your container size/shape and your serving size, you may need to adjust cooking times given as it is based on 4 servings frozen in a 64 ounce container.**
  3. Place bacon slices in bottom of pot.
  4. Press saute button and fry.
  5. When bacon is browned, place frozen contents of round container into pot. Add water.
  6. Cover and lock the lid.
  7. Cook on high pressure for 90 minutes.
  8. Naturally release pressure.
  9. Remove pork and set aside.
  10. Add cabbage wedges to cooking liquid.
  11. Replace lid and cook on high pressure for 3-5 minutes.
  12. Naturally release pressure.
  13. Shred pork and serve with cabbage.
