- Add all ingredients except the snow peas, bamboo shoots, water chestnuts and rice to the Instant Pot.
- Lock lid into place and seal steam nozzle.
- Cook on high pressure for 15 minutes.
- Natural release the pressure for 7 minutes, then quick release the remaining pressure.
- Turn the Instant Pot to saute and add the snow peas, bamboo shoots and water chestnuts. Saute for 1 minute.
- Serve over rice.
