  4. Cook on high pressure for 15 minutes.
  5. Natural release the pressure for 7 minutes, then quick release the remaining pressure.
  6. Turn the Instant Pot to saute and add the snow peas, bamboo shoots and water chestnuts. Saute for 1 minute.
  7. Serve over rice.
