  2. Place chicken thighs in bowl. Pour remaining ingredients on top of chicken.
  3. If time allows, let marinate in the refrigerator for an hour.
  4. Place contents from bowl into Instant Pot.
  5. Lock lid into place and seal steam nozzle. Cook on high pressure for 15 minutes.
  6. Let pressure release naturally for 5 minutes then release any remaining pressure.
  7. Set Instant Pot to saute to thicken sauce for a few minutes, if desired.
