  1. Can you please check the amount of chicken thighs? 3 cups carrots but 3 “individual” chicken thighs to make 6 servings? thank you.

    1. Hi Jayme, this recipe requires 1 ⅓ cups slice Carrot for 6 servings, not 3 cups. I hope this helps. We verified with the recipe affiliate about the chicken thighs and only 3 are needed. Also, for the 3 cups of celery, you would leave those in quarter pieces, so they take up more room in your measuring cup.
