  • 1/2 teaspoons Black Pepper
  • 1 1/4 cups slice Onion
  • 3/4 cups Root Beer
  • 1/4 cups Ketchup
  • 2 tablespoons Tomato Paste
  • 1/2 tablespoons Lemon Juice
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Honey
  • 1 tablespoon Flour, All-Purpose

  5. Lock cover into place and seal steam nozzle.
  6. Cook on high pressure for 35 minutes.
  7. Naturally release pressure for 5 minutes then quick release remaining pressure.
  8. Remove roast and onions.
  9. Shred pork and discard onions.
  10. Add roast back to sauce in pot and stir to combine.
