Join the discussionThe meat is falling off the bone and delicious! Are we supposed to serve with sauce? I was thinking about putting the liquid in my fat separator and pouring some of the juices over the meat? I may have chopped my veges too small a dice, they are tiny in the sauce. What size dice do you recommend. Oh and oops… I may have spilled some red wine in there… 🙂 Thanks!

You are welcome to serve this with out without the sauce. 🙂 You may also find out Sliced and Diced blog series helpful in determine which the best way to go about chopping and dicing, but it’s truly up to your preference!
hello – i am confused by this recipes – how am I suppose to brown ribs from frozen? doesn’t make sense ..
Hi Melonie! You may not be able to get every side of every rib – but whatever meat you can get in contact to brown will really help the flavor!
also, will using boneless short ribs change the taste?
It wouldn’t change the taste too much.
