Why would I want to freeze this?
- **Due to the nature of pressure cooking there is always room for inconsistency. The times given here are based on 4 servings fresh. If you are using more servings you may need to increase your cooking time.**
- Combine the Brussels sprouts, salt and pepper in a greased oven-safe dish that fits inside the Instant Pot.
- Place 1 cup of water and the trivet inside the Instant Pot.
- Create a foil sling to lower the dish down onto the trivet.
- Lock lid in place and seal the steam nozzle.
- Cook on high pressure for 3 minutes.
- Quick release the pressure.
- Let cool.
- Divide among the indicated number of freezer bags. Label and freeze.
