Why would I want to freeze this?

- Combine the corn, salt and pepper.
- Pour 1 cup of water and a steamer basket inside the Instant Pot.
- Pour the corn into the steamer basket. Lock the lid in place and seal the steam nozzle.
- Cook on high pressure for 3 minutes.
- Quick release the pressure.
- Let cool.
- Divide among the indicated number of freezer bags. Label and freeze.
