Make It Now Cooking Directions

These directions are for cooking this recipe to serve immediately and NOT to freeze for later.

  1. **Due to the nature of pressure cooking there is always room for inconsistency. The times given here are based on 4 servings fresh. If you are using more servings you may need to increase your cooking time.**
  2. In a large bowl, combine ground beef, onion, egg, rolled oats, Italian seasoning, and Worchestershire sauce, mixing well.
  3. Form into 2-inch meatballs, packing tightly so everything stays together.
  4. Saute oil and meatballs in the Instant Pot for a few minutes until browned. This may need to be done in batches.
  5. Add sauce on top of meatballs and then add spaghetti on top.
  6. Add water to the pot and stir everything a bit.
  7. Lock lid into place and seal steam nozzle.
  8. Cook on high pressure for 5 minutes.
  9. Naturally release pressure for 5 minutes then release any remaining pressure.
