Make It Now Cooking Directions

These directions are for cooking this recipe to serve immediately and NOT to freeze for later.

  2. Sprinkle salt and pepper over ribs.
  3. Set Instant Pot to saute and add oil.
  4. Brown ribs on all sides, doing in batches if necessary. Remove from inner pot.
  5. Sauté onion in inner pot until translucent. Add garlic and cook for 1 minute more.
  6. In bowl, whisk beef broth, tomato sauce, soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, and honey.
  7. Place rib back in Instant Pot and cover with onion/garlic mixture and sauce until everything is evenly coated. Add fresh thyme sprigs.
  8. Lock lid into place and seal steam nozzle.
  9. Cook on high pressure for 20 minutes.
  10. Let pressure naturally release for 5 minutes then release any remaining pressure.
