  1. Thaw: Prep from frozen
  2. **Depending on your container size/shape and your serving size, you may need to adjust cooking times given as it is based on 4 servings frozen in indicated container.**
  3. Add frozen pork to Instant Pot.
  4. Lock lid into place and seal steam nozzle.
  5. Cook on high pressure for 3 minutes.
  6. Naturally release pressure.
  7. Remove the meat to a plate tented with foil. Leave juice in the Instant Pot.
  8. Mix arrowroot with a small amount of water. Stir into Instant Pot.
  9. Change setting to saute and add veggies. Cook for 5 minutes until they have softened and sauce has thickened.
