- Combine flour and smoked salt in a shallow dish
- Dredge cube steaks in flour mixture.
- Heat canola oil on saute in Instant Pot.
- Brown outside of steaks on each side then remove to a plate.
- Add all additional ingredients to the Instant Pot.
- Place steaks back in the Instant Pot.
- Cook on high pressure for 30 minutes.
- Let pressure release naturally.
