Ingredients

  • 4 tablespoons Flour, All-Purpose
  • 1 teaspoon Sea Salt, Smoked
  • 1 1/2 pounds Cube Steak
  • 1 1/2 cups dice Celery
  • 1 1/4 cups dice Onion
  • 14 1/2 ounces Diced Tomatoes, Canned
  • 1 cup Beef Bone Broth/Stock
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Smoked Paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Basil, Dried
  • 1 teaspoon Oregano, Dried
  • 1/2 teaspoons Black Pepper

  • 2 tablespoons Canola Oil

These directions are for cooking this recipe to serve immediately and NOT to freeze for later.

  1. **Due to the nature of pressure cooking there is always room for inconsistency. The times given here are based on 4 servings fresh. If you are using more servings you may need to increase your cooking time.**
  2. Combine flour and smoked salt in a shallow dish
  3. Dredge cube steaks in flour mixture.
  4. Heat canola oil on saute in Instant Pot.
  5. Brown outside of steaks on each side then remove to a plate.
  6. Add all additional ingredients to the Instant Pot.
  7. Place steaks back in the Instant Pot.
  8. Cook on high pressure for 30 minutes.
  9. Let pressure release naturally.

  6. Label and freeze together.

  1. Thaw: Prep from frozen

  3. Heat canola oil on saute in Instant Pot.
  4. Brown outside of steaks on each side then remove to a plate.
  5. Add the contents of the round container to the Instant Pot. Place steaks on top.
