  2. For each serving place one sheet of parchment paper on counter.
  3. Divide pesto among sheets, mounding in the middle of each sheet.
  4. Place one Tilapia filet on top of each pesto mound.
  5. Top with 1 TBLS of tomato paste on each filet.
  6. Divide onions evenly between packs and sprinkle on top of tomato paste.
  7. Sprinkle each pack with salt and pepper.
  8. Place lemon wedge on top.
  9. Fold pack together in the center and roll to seal.
  10. Add the trivet and minimum amount of water needed for your Instant Pot (1- 1.5 cups). Set packets on trivet.
  11. Cook on high pressure for 17 minutes.
  12. Quick release pressure.
