- Add the trivet and minimum amount of water needed for your Instant Pot (1- 1.5 cups).
- Cover each side of tilapia with blackening seasoning and place on trivet.
- Lock lid into place and seal steam nozzle.
- Cook on high pressure for 5 minutes.
- In a bowl while the tilapia is cooking, mix together remaining ingredients.
- Quick release pressure.
- Top tilapia with mango strawberry salsa.
