  2. Add the trivet and minimum amount of water needed for your Instant Pot (1- 1.5 cups).
  3. Cover each side of tilapia with blackening seasoning and place on trivet.
  4. Lock lid into place and seal steam nozzle.
  5. Cook on high pressure for 5 minutes.
  6. In a bowl while the tilapia is cooking, mix together remaining ingredients.
  7. Quick release pressure.
  8. Top tilapia with mango strawberry salsa.
