Join the discussionCan cream be used instead of milk?
We haven’t tried this but think that should work just fine. Let us know if you try it!
Can I use tomato sauce or paste instead? I get hives from tomatoes, but I can have ketchup, canned soup, smooth spaghetti/pizza sauce, etc. without a problem. Maybe it’s something in the seeds? IDK.
I’m not sure I would recommend tomato paste or sauce as a substitute for tomato soup. They are both processed ingredients already, so the flavor and texture may be off for a soup.
