  • 1 pound Ground Turkey
  • 1 cup chop Spinach
  • 1/3 cups dice Green Onion (Scallion)
  • 1 teaspoon Oregano, Dried
  • 1 teaspoon Basil, Dried
  • 2 tablespoons Ketchup
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/2 teaspoons Black Pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Italian Seasoning
  • 1/2 cups Bread Crumbs, Gluten Free
  • 1/2 cups Parmesan Cheese, Dairy Free
  • 2 teaspoons Olive Oil
  • 1/2 cups Water

  3. Shape into 1-inch balls.
  4. Saute oil until hot and brown meatballs in batches. Remove to a plate once done.
  5. Add water to the Instant Pot.
  6. Place meatballs in Instant Pot, trying to keep layers as even as possible.
  7. Lock lid into place and seal steam nozzle. Set on high pressure for 6 minutes.
  8. Release pressure naturally for 5 minutes then release any remaining pressure.
