  4. Cook until onions are translucent.
  5. Add in celery and carrots and cook for 2 more minutes.
  6. Add remaining ingredients.
  7. Cover and lock lid.
  8. Cook on high pressure for 10 minutes.
  9. Naturally release pressure.
