Why would I want to freeze this?
- Combine salt #1, pepper, garlic powder #1, smoked paprika, coriander, thyme and allspice in a bowl.
- Rub the spice mix on the pork.
- Portion ribs among indicated number of gallons bags. Keep the size of your Instant Pot in mind as you bag, cutting ribs apart as needed.
- Combine tomato sauce, onion, red wine vinegar, mustard powder, salt #2, garlic powder #2 and ginger.
- Divide sauce among indicated number of freezer containers.
