Why would I want to freeze this?

  1. In ovenproof skillet over medium heat, cook bacon until crispy.
  2. Remove bacon and set aside.
  3. Cook sausages in bacon grease until cooked through.
  4. To skillet, add onion, bacon and potatoes.
  5. Pour broth over top and bring to boil.
  6. Cover and place in 300F degree oven for 90 minutes or until potatoes are cooked through.
  7. Allow to cool.
  8. Divide among indicated number of freezer bags. Label and freeze.
