These were absolutely incredible. They have a very rich and intense flavor. The addition of the sun dried tomatoes is quite tasty.

Make It Now Cooking Directions
These directions are for cooking this recipe to serve immediately and NOT to freeze for later.
- Spread flank steak out so that the grain is running left to right.
- Begin layering the flank steak with salt and pepper, asiago cheese, spinach, feta cheese and sun dried tomatoes.
- Roll flank steak tightly.
- Evenly insert the skewers 1 to 2 inches along the seam of the pinwheel to hold it together on the grill.
- Cut in between each skewer but not against the skewer; you want the same amount of meat on either side of each skewer.
- Grill the pinwheels on each side for about 3 to 4 minutes over medium heat or until your desired doneness.

Join the discussionHello! Do you grill frozen or do you thaw them first? Thanks!
You will want to thaw in fridge first. Enjoy!
I make this and do not make pinwheels. I keep it whole and tie it up. Slice when I serve. It is wonderful.
