My mom used to make these Johnny Marzetti with Cheesy Noodles for dinner and I had to have the recipe when I moved out. I love the combination of flavors. It is an ingredient combination I would never have thought of on my own or thought I would enjoy. But we love it!

  • ½ cups dice Onion
  • 16 ounces Diced Tomatoes, Canned
  • 1 ½ cups slice Bell Pepper, Green
  • ⅛ teaspoons Garlic Powder
  • 1 individual Bouillon, Beef, Cubes
  • 2 tablespoons Water
  • 2 tablespoons Soy Sauce, Low Sodium
  • 1 teaspoon Sugar
  • 1 tablespoon Cornstarch
  • 8 ounces cook Egg Noodles
  • 4 ounces Cheddar Cheese, Shredded

  1. This is so good! Last time I served it I needed to feed a couple of extra people so I added a can of pinto beans when I was heating it up. We also stirred in the noodles to the beef mixture and it made an easy to serve meal. I never would have thought the kids would eat something with this much bell pepper but they love it.
