Freeze For Later Cooking Directions
These directions help you cook or prepare this meal PRIOR to being frozen for serving later (see Serving Day Directions when you are ready to prepare it to eat).
Why would I want to freeze this?
- Brown the ground beef in a skillet. Drain off the desired amount of fat.
- Meanwhile, combine the eggs, half of the shredded cheese, heavy cream and mustard. Set aside.
- Add the onions, garlic, worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper to the beef.
- Stir in the cream cheese and let combine.
- Divide among the indicated number of casserole dishes.
- Pour the egg mixture on top. Then sprinkle the crumbled bacon, remaining shredded cheese and pickles.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
- Let cool.
- Cover with foil. Label and freeze.
