Why would I want to freeze this?

  1. In a bowl, combine the cream cheese, peanut butter and sweetener. Mix well.
  2. Finely chop the walnuts in a food processor or by hand and set aside.
  3. Mold the peanut butter mixture into 1 inch balls and roll them in chopped walnuts. Place them on a parchment lined baking sheet.
  4. Freeze for 2 hours.
  5. Divide among the indicated number freezer bags. Label and freeze.
