Join the discussionlooks great! will try very soon:) i am guessing i can just reheat in a fry pan instead of the microwave?
Yes – for a little crispier reheat, a skillet will work great.
Any ideas how I could pack these in lunchboxes??
Kristin-
I would just pack them in the lunch box frozen – then they would thaw by lunch time. As long as your kids will eat them cold I think it would work great!
I made these without the chicken and added tomatoes. So, they were broccoli, tomato and cheese quesadillas. I also gave my son salsa to dip them in. Because, you know, dipping is almost getting to play with their food.
Hi – just to note that the thaw sheet contradicts the instructions on this recipe.
Hi there! We’ll look into that ASAP!
Don’t the come out hard and chewy if you heat them in the microwave?
No, they shouldn’t. You could also reheat them in a skillet though if you prefer not to use a microwave.
wrap the tortilla in damp paper towel to prevent them from becoming hard and chewy. Microwave for 10-15 seconds
What would be good to use instead of cheese? Hummus?
That’s a great idea!
