      I would just pack them in the lunch box frozen – then they would thaw by lunch time. As long as your kids will eat them cold I think it would work great!

  1. I made these without the chicken and added tomatoes. So, they were broccoli, tomato and cheese quesadillas. I also gave my son salsa to dip them in. Because, you know, dipping is almost getting to play with their food.
