  • ½ cups Panko Bread Crumbs

  1. Cook macaroni al dente according to package directions.
  2. Meanwhile, heat a large skillet over medium heat.
  3. Saute the mushrooms, onion, and garlic for 2-3 minutes.
  4. Add cream of mushroom soup, chicken broth, tuna, peas, ginger, and pepper. Heat through.
  5. Drain water off cooked pasta.
  6. Add cooked macaroni to pan and mix.
  7. Place mixture in a greased baking pan.
  8. Top with bread crumbs and grated Parmesan cheese.
  9. Bake casserole at 400 degrees for 45-60 minutes.

  1. So you make the mushroom soup recipe, then add more mushrooms, onion and chicken broth to the mushroom soup? That seems like it would be a LOT of sauce and a LOT of mushroom & onions.
