- 6 cups Chicken Broth/Stock, Low Sodium
- 2 teaspoons mince Garlic, Cloves
- 1 cup dice Onion
- 4 ounces Mild Green Chiles, Diced, Canned
- 1 tablespoon seed and dice JalapeƱo
- 1 1/2 teaspoons Oregano, Dried
- 1/2 teaspoons Cloves, Ground
- 1/4 teaspoons Cayenne Pepper
- 3 cups cook and dice Chicken, Boneless Breasts

- Combine beans, chicken broth, garlic and half of the onions in a large soup pot.
- Bring to a boil.
- Reduce heat and simmer until beans are very soft, about 3 hours.
- In a skillet, saute remaining onions.
- Add chopped green chiles, jalapeno and seasonings. Stir to combine.
- Add chile mixture and chicken to beans.
- Simmer 1 more hour.
- Remove from heat and serve.
