Why would I want to freeze this?

  1. Place mozzarella cheese #1 and cream cheese together in a bowl and microwave until melted (15-30 seconds at a time).
  2. Add flour and garlic powder and stir well.
  3. On a greased baking sheet, spread dough to about 1/2" thick.
  4. Bake at 425 for 12 minutes or until golden brown.
  5. Let cool.
  6. Divide among indicated number of freezer bags. Label and freeze.
